At WOCDC, we believes that it takes positivity, integrity, collaboration and connectivity, along with representation, equity and diversity to build, and belong, to a community of BIWoC.
Accordingly, it is imperative that these values are the basis of and reflected throughout our events and programming. To this end, we ensure that our policies and procedures provides guidelines for members, visitors and participants of WOCDC programs and events to support the creation of supportive spaces for BIWoC.
